Terms of the licensing agreement between the two companies were not disclosed.

NetZero HiSpeed and Juno SpeedBand work from any phone jack using a standard dial-up connection, do not require any new hardware and can be downloaded in five minutes at www.netzero.com or www.juno.com. The price of the services is only $14.95 per month, which includes either NetZero or Juno Platinum Internet service.
